Directions

The Eating Disorder Program at Monmouth Psychological Associates takes place primarily in our office at Exit 109 off the Garden State Parkway, which is just south of Red Bank. Our ground floor office suite is located in a complex with many other medical offices, and consists of a waiting room, an area for our office manager, a kitchen, group room, and three therapy offices. We think it is comfortable, pleasant, and easy to get to with plenty of parking right at the door.

Driving Instructions from the North
Take the Garden State Parkway South. Use Exit 109 (Red Bank/Lincroft). After the toll booth there is a traffic light. Make a LEFT at the light onto Route 520 East (also known as Newman Springs Rd.) passing under the Parkway. Proceed on Newman Springs Rd. for approximately 2 miles to the fourth traffic light and turn RIGHT at that light onto Shrewsbury Ave. There is a Burger King on the right just before this light, and gas stations on the other three corners. Proceed on Shrewsbury Ave. for approximately 2/3 of a mile. You will pass through two traffic lights; (the second light is at Apple St., with a McDonald's on the right corner). The entrance to our office complex is on the right , just after Wendy's, and just before a restaurant called The Pour House. It is across the street from Circle Chevrolet. You will see a signpost near the street with the numbers 628 written diagonally. Turn RIGHT at the signpost. Proceed down the driveway, passing building #628 on your right. You will then come to building #620. Circle to the right around the building until your reach the back where our office is located. There is plenty of parking adjacent to the entrance (first office on the left, with a sign identifying Monmouth Psychological Associates). A ramp is available for wheelchair access

Take the Garden State Parkway North. Use Exit 109 (Red Bank/Lincroft). As you exit stay to the right and move directly out onto Route 520 East (also known as Newman Springs Rd.).
